HISTORY
Entre Lomas is an ongoing project of hospitality, each year we learn and grow from our experiences. The 220 acre or 110 hectar land with more than 50% of it full of jungle gives you enough privacy for you to enjoy what Costa Rican is know for.

HOUSE GUIDELINES
•No parties or loud music after 11 PM.
• No outside guests allowed onto the property or inside Casa Cocobolo.
•No oils, sunblock, or lotion should be worn while on the living room white couch. Laying wet on the couch is forbidden. We have a penalty of $300 for any stains.
• No entering into the house with sand or sea salt water. There is an outdoor shower to use before entering the villa. We have a penalty of $100 if sand is found in Casa Cocobolo.
• Please turn off the a/c's during the day; it's part of our GreenHouse policy to fight against Global warming. Also, a/c's don't work efficiently because the villa is designed to be fully open and have airflow.keep windows closed 24/25
•PRE-WASH dishes before putting them into the dishwasher.
• Smoking/Vaping is not allowed on the property.
• The projector screen in the living room needs to be put up every morning, please don't do this at night, insects will get stuck and stain the screen. We have a penalty for this of $200.
•Please close the house at night before going to bed; we are surrounded by wildlife. Animals could enter and take your food or even destroy things inside.
• Please close the entire villa, including the windows, when you leave, and the housekeeper isn't scheduled to work.
•Keep the freezer in the kitchen area closed at all times; please don't open; otherwise, the fridge will stop working. An alternative freezer is provided in the pantry closet.
• We have a mandatory housekeeping service. This keeps the house functioning to the highest standard, especially being surrounded by the jungle elements. 4hrs per day required. Between 8:30a.m-4:00p.m
•The villa is perched on a 40-meter Cliff-Please do not walk near the edge of the property or exterior of the infinity pool for your own safety. Should you fall, it is not our responsibility.
•We recommend closing windows, doors, and shades in the bedrooms between 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM to avoid an excess of insects inside.
•Please do not feed any wildlife
•Please drive slowly while entering and exiting the property-At any time of day employees or children could be walking around.
